Below you'll find some of the most common questions asked of the Taylor House. If you have a question that is not answered, contact the Innkeepers, Deborah and Robert Tucker, and they'll make sure your questions are answered within one day.
When do we check in? When do we check out?
Check-in is after 4:00pm each night. You can check out anytime before 11:30am.
Do you serve breakfast?
Yes, our full home-made breakfast includes a French toast, crepe, or egg specialty, fruit, bread, coffee or tea, and juice. If you have special dietary needs, please let us know prior to your arrival. We will do our best to accommodate you.
What is your policy about reservations?
One night's stay must be paid in advance to reserve your room.
For multiple nights, or multiple rooms, half the cost is due upfront while the balance is due at check in.
Reservations may be paid by Mastercard, Visa or Discover. In some cases a personal check is welcome with appropriate ID. The balance of your stay is due upon your arrival.
What is your smoking policy?
Smoking is only allowed outside under the porte cochere. Please use the receptacle provided.
Can we bring children?
Supervised children are always welcome. We apologize that we are unable to accommodate infants.
Can we bring our pets?
No, we are unable to accommodate animals. Emma, Peanut, Gizmo, and Ellie, our resident pets, extend their apologies.
Can we come for a tour?
Yes. Please respect our guests' privacy by calling to arrange an appointment to tour the Taylor House Bed & Breakfast.
Do you have A/C?
Yes, each floor of the Taylor House has its own central air conditioning. It is filtered with HEPA filters so you are breathing clear air.
